At the registration, you receive a membership card allowing you to borrow media items from the library.
The membership card is non-transferable.
If you change your address or surname, please contact the library on time.
Please report card loss immediately to prevent unauthorized usage. The member or legal guardian will be held liable for any misuse.
We issue replacement cards at an additional cost, which you can look up in our list of fees.

Renewing your Membership

To renew your membership after it has expired, you can ask the library staff or log in to your online account to do it yourself.

Access Data

Use the number on the back of your membership card to log into your online account or to access any of our online services. Please also type the 0s at the beginning.
Your password is your birthdate written as follows: DD.MM.YYYY
